Position Overview
Drivers Mate – Scunthorpe
Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Drivers Mates to work alongside our lorry drivers for a well-known client of ours, based in Scunthorpe.
This Drivers Mate role involves delivering large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering includes flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods and other bulky household items.
Due to the weight of the products you will be delivering, you must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely.
The client operates seven days a week, and as a Drivers Mate you will receive a weekly rota of 5–6 shifts per week. Weekend work is involved and will be expected. Please only apply if you are available to work weekends as well as weekdays.
Start times are 06:00, and shifts typically last around 9–11 hours.
