Position Overview

Responsible for the monitoring of all activities in mixing/tipping/batching operations. 
Adheres to GMP rules at all times. 
Prepares the mixing/tipping/batching area as to GMP requirements. Prepares all raw materials needed for the production lines. 
Ensures that the outer packaging of raw materials is manually stripped prior to transfer into mixing room. 
Assists the dry mixer operator, tipping operator, and batch preparator to prepare equipment as to correct parameter setting. Avoid temporary repairs. 
Ensures that all production paraphernalia, like powder, container, scoops, sieves, stillages, working table and calibrated weighing balance are all in good condition. 
Ensures that non-conforming products are properly segregated. Powder for disposal from sweeping materials should be properly accounted. Cleans the production area and removes accumulated waste from the production line activities.
