Dubai Real Estate Recruiter — Growth & Commission

Tanami Properties in Dubai is seeking an experienced full‑time Recruiter to lead real estate recruitment. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for local and international clients.

You will partner with sales leaders and manage the ATS to build a strong candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in real estate, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and Monday.com.
