Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu initiatives
• Train and mentor kitchen team members
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
Requirements:
• Experience as a Sous Chef preferred
• Background in high volume or hotel environments
• Strong skills in labor management and inventory controls
• Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching ability
• Red Seal certification preferred
