Position Overview
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the e-commerce platform with accurate product details, pricing, and images.
• Ensure a seamless, user-friendly customer experience on the website.
• Implement merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and conversions.
• Develop visually engaging collections and landing pages.
• Support catalog operations, including product setup and price management.
• Monitor and optimize search keywords for better discoverability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process orders, shipments, and backorders, while tracking status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, product development).
• Participate in site refreshes, seasonal launches, sales, and promotions.
