Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms.

Monitor website performance and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

2–4 years of ecommerce management experience.

Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flip-kart, Myntra.

Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.

Familiarity with website maintenance and troubleshooting.
