**职位名称：E-Commerce Marketing Manager** **直线经理：** Patient Engagement Head

+ 负责所辖电商渠道的全面运营，制定清晰的渠道运营策略及阶段性项目规划，并根据市场变化进行及时调整与迭代
+ 对接平台相关团队，建立高效的沟通协作机制，有序推进各类合作项目
+ 建立数据化运营体系，通过持续监测与分析关键指标，持续提升ROI，实现生意增长目标
+ 协同对应业务单元（BU），共同搭建患者教育（患教）Content Hub，打造系统化的内容资产库
**任职要求**
学历背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、传播学或相关专业优先
专业背景：
· 3年以上电商运营或数字营销相关工作经验
· 有医疗健康、大健康或快消品行业电商运营经验者优先
具备平台（天猫、京东、抖音电商等）合作及资源对接经验优先
