Education Program Lead — PBL & Team Leadership

English Plus is seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to join the team in Madrid. You will lead a team of 60-70 teachers and 5 school coordinators, and oversee recruitment processes.

You will create an effective Project Based Learning curriculum to boost student engagement, lead weekly meetings with the head of didactics and centre coordinators to set goals, and guide academic induction and staff workshops. The role offers a friendly, international environment, with timetable Monday to Thursday
