Position Overview

EHS Coordinator Join the Johnson Controls team and contribute to creating intelligent buildings and sustainable solutions as an EHS Coordinator. 
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the JCI Integrated Business Management Systems (EHSQ). 
Conduct and coordinate regular onsite audits and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards. 
Monitor and evaluate EHS performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive safety management. 
Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing EHS risks through effective problem‑solving techniques. 
Coordinate training sessions to ensure staff awareness and adherence to EHS policies and procedures. 
Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
