Senior Health, Safety & Environmental (EHS) Engineer – Plant Start-Up Position Summary The Senior HSE Engineer will lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities during the start-up of a new manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe release of equipment, machinery, tools, processes, and facilities before production launch. The position will drive risk management, Management of Change (MOC), contractor safety, EHS management systems, and injury prevention strategies while leading Safety Technicians and supporting ISO and ISO certification efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead the EHS approval and release process for equipment, machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes. Conduct and facilitate risk assessments (JSA) and implement effective risk controls. Lead and ensure compliance with the site's Management of Change (MOC) process.
