Position Overview

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The E&I Shift Engineer reports directly to the E&I Manager. His/her primary role is to provide technical expertise in the Repairs and Maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and controls facilities. The E&I Shift Engineer does not have any direct reports but may be appointed to handle Contractors or Engineering Service providers for specific activities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety and Quality
Ensure compliance to Safety and Occupational Health procedures (, use of proper PPEs and reporting of unsafe acts and conditions through SBO, etc.)
Ensure compliance to environmental policy (, proper waste segregation and water and energy conservation, etc.)
Ensures compliance to GMP and HACCP (, proper hygiene and proper wearing uniforms, etc.)
Participates in QBO program
Follow prescribed work procedures and company safety rules and regulations
Maintenance
