EICA Technician

Providing clean, clear, and safe drinking water is at the heart of what we do at Bournemouth Water. Every day, we treat and supply 150 megalitres of water, rigorously tested at every stage to ensure it meets the highest standards.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll join our team of EICA Technicians carrying out planned and preventative maintenance works on all water treatment equipment, wearing breathing apparatus, working in confined spaces, at heights, and in noisy environments as required. All relevant safety training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and maintenance for water treatment process control and electrical systems and diagnose faults on all aspects of asset control and automation.
• Make improvements to equipment and systems to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assist operational staff with the resolution of complex problems and update site documentation as necessary.
