We’re looking for a talented

eLearning Developer

to create engaging digital learning experiences for the global shipping industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop interactive e‑learning courses using

Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Transform maritime procedures and regulations into engaging training content
Collaborate with

marine experts (captains, engineers, safety officers)
Create multimedia assets (video, audio, scenarios, simulations)
Deliver LMS-ready training (SCORM/xAPI compliant)
Ensure content aligns with

IMO/STCW standards

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

4+ years’ experience in e‑learning or multimedia development
BA or BSc in

Multimedia
Strong skills in

Articulate 360

and Adobe tools
Understanding of instructional design pr...
