Electrical Project Engineer vacancy in Bellville, Cape Town. BEng/BSc degree required. Support the design team through design of Solar PV systems, project management of solar plants, and client management.

Must have working experience or have completed a final year project in solar.

Minimum Requirements BEng/BSc degree (Electrical Engineering) 0–3 years of working experience Working experience or Final Year Project in Solar Responsibilities Design of Solar PV systems All mechanical and electrical design and drawings for rooftop, ground-mount and storage systems Compile BOQ (Bill of quantity) Apply and drive regulatory approvals Quality control of the system designed Professional engagement with suppliers and subcontractors Project management of solar PV plant, from site establishment to internal handover Preferred Competence in Software PVSyst Microsoft Office Suite Sketch Up Layout Auto CAD
