This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a medium-sized commercial office building, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance while delivering a first-class service to the client.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, be confident working independently, and possess excellent client-facing skills.
