Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on E&M system design (traction power, signaling, telecommunications, platform screen doors) from conceptual to detailed design stages.
• Review contractor submissions, tender documents, technical specifications, and design drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee coordination between multi-disciplinary teams, construction contractors, and subcontractors to avoid delays.
• Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
• Lead or support the testing and commissioning of E&M plant and equipment, ensuring close‑out of deficiencies.
• Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to provide progress reports and resolve technical disputes.
