Electronic Engineer Technician

Seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Chicago with our client, a leading Manufacturer of Automated Equipment for Industrial Laundries.

Responsibilities:

• Testing and debugging of electronic boards.
• Production/Testing/Debugging microcontroller-based PCBs.
• Loading software, configuring, and testing Industrial PCs and PLCs.
• Support of the machine production and service department.
• Maintaining support documentation for manufacturing and testing.
• Building and maintaining electrical/electronic test fixtures.
• Customer phone assistance for troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in the electronics field or equivalent experience.
• Strong electronics troubleshooting skills; PCB level experience is a must-have.
