EMEA Field Ops Leader: Drive Revenue & Execution

Workiva is seeking an EMEA Field Operations Director who will serve as a critical operational partner for the EMEA sales organization. This role involves daily collaboration with regional sales leaders and focuses on driving operational excellence and consistency across EMEA markets.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy or Business Operations, a background in SaaS organizations, and proven skills in analytical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. The position may require up to 15% travel.
