Position Overview
Summary
Participates in the assessment, development, planning, implementation, ongoing education, evaluation and promotion of fire safety, active shooter, evacuation, and Environments of Care inspections. Also Performs activities with training/educational programs and software implementation within Mosaic Life Care. Functions as a Facilitator, Consultant, Educator, Researcher, and Change Agent, and as well as an emergency responder.
The Emergency Management Training Division Trainer works under the leadership of DIRECTOR-Safety and Security, and the Emergency Management Manager, and through partnership with an Education Development Specialist, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
Coordinates with the Emergency Manager under the direction of the TL of safety and security to research, assess, recommend and implement changes/improvements in the development and delivery of safety preparedness education / training.
