In this position, you will be researching, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining software systems to meet company needs. You will be using a variety of computer programming languages and applications, working in teams with other professionals, or alone.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, write, and test new software programs.
• Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
• Maintain systems by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects, and investigating new technologies.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Work with computer coding languages.
• Work closely with other staff, consulting clients and/or colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information.
