Employability & Partnerships Talent Officer

MANCOSA is seeking an Employability Talent Officer in Durban to create a talent pool of students and alumni who are work-ready. This role focuses on developing corporate partnerships and enhancing employability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruitment experience, proficiency in ATS, and strong communication and planning skills. Responsibilities include maintaining recruitment platforms, preparing candidates for opportunities, and compiling reports on placement progress.
