About the RoleWe are looking for an Employer Brand Business Partner to shape how we are perceived as an innovative technology company by the global tech talent community. This role will focus on translating complex technology into compelling narratives, building a credible and differentiated employer brand, and driving strategic initiatives that attract and convert top technical talent. You will define and execute strategies to improve conversion from consideration to ideal employer among tech talent. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, talent acquisition, and cross-functional teams to bring our technology, culture, and impact to life—moving beyond awareness to trust, preference, and action.
