Ongoing hire. You own a workstream end to end and help turn analysis into action.

Hire and coach consultants; set standards for client delivery, models, and meetings.· 
Shape recommendations into an executable plan and secure adoption. 
Develop Financial Services and Energy offerings for Asia and build pipeline with firm Partners.
