Key Responsibilities
Coordinate façade engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities to ensure compliance with approved project programmes. Monitor façade progress against project schedules and identify potential delays or risks affecting project delivery. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to facilitate timely resolution of technical and construction issues. Assist in tracking project milestones and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager. Support project planning activities and monitor contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle. Review façade shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, mock-ups, and method statements for compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, façade consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper design integration.
