As an **Instrument Engineer** , you will help keep our refining units running safely, reliably, and efficiently through high‑quality instrumentation and control solutions. You will contribute to the design, operation, and improvement of instrumented systems that monitor and control critical refinery processes. Working closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams, you will apply your technical skills to solve problems, support turnarounds, and deliver instrumentation projects that make a real impact at Phillips 66.
