Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Source and evaluate mechanical parts to support cost reduction and stable supply 
Set up and localize components for use in company products 
Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to assess part suitability 
Develop test processes and perform testing and validation of new parts 
Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, height gauges, protractors, and pin gauges to check part dimensions 
Analyze evaluation results, identify technical issues, and propose suitable solutions 
Prepare and maintain test records, evaluation reports, and technical documentation 
Create, update, and control engineering drawings using relevant software 
Coordinate technical matters between design and production teams to support production needs 
Ensure evaluations, drawings, and procedures comply with company and industry standards
