Engineer

The role is accountable for maintenance excellence, statutory GMR 2.1 responsibilities, engineering governance, continuous improvement, cost optimisation and compliance with all legal, safety and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the activities of all engineering services and maintenance at the plant.

• Ensure the achievement of the overall objectives of manufacturing services and maintenance of equipment at the plant.
• Drive engineering excellence by improving asset performance, operational reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Project management including but not limited to the commissioning of new equipment.
• Preparation and management of annual budgets.
• Management of maintenance system.
