Summary You will serve as an Engineer in the Test Engineering and Integration Division, Combat Systems Test and Evaluation Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will serve as a weapon system team lead for the Developmental STANDARD Missile related programs. Including Test and Evaluation, Integration and Test activities, and provides team leadership, technical expertise and project management. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, managing personnel tasking, setting expectations of results, and deconflicting schedules. You will facilitate investigations that drive problem resolution and lessons learned for improving Test and Evaluation processes to better equip personnel for testing safely and effectively.
