Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering and product quality assurance departments for new product launches and mass production.
- Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Leads the industrialization of production processes on the factory floor.
- Oversees the ongoing maintenance of AMEF and the Plan and Control system.
- Determines labor requirements for processes.
- Ensures safe and ergonomic designs for machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001.
- Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Responsible for applying specific customer requirements to manufacturing and product quality assurance processes.
