Engineering Delivery Manager

• Team Leadership & Technical Direction: Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver engineering solutions ensuring team capabilities align with customer expectations. Provide direction, expert advice, mentoring, and workflow management, including task prioritization and resource coordination, to achieve project objectives and milestones. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams in line with the agreed architecture, ensuring both effectiveness and adherence to customer requirements. Provide functional encompassing the Thales Performance Management framework management for reporting delivery roles Promote knowledge sharing, ensuring work products are sufficiently documented for reuse across projects.
