Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a Bengaluru-based product engineering team responsible for delivering AI-powered banking products across voice, chat, and digital channels.

This role is part of our India offshore development team and requires close partnership with US-based product, engineering, AI, customer, and leadership teams. You will be responsible for driving execution, technical quality, delivery predictability, and engineering ownership from the Bengaluru team.

This is not a pure people-management role. We need an engineering leader who can stay close to architecture, code quality, debugging, production reliability, and team execution .
