Engineering Manager

Core Molding Technologies is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead plant engineering operations, supporting safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. This role is responsible for process engineering, new product launches, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Engineering Manager leads cross‑functional teams to deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while supporting key initiatives such as DCPD transfer and sustaining Power Sports operations.

• Lead the plant engineering function, including process engineering and mold change teams
