I'm partnering with a global brand undergoing a major digital transformation to find an experienced Engineering Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team building scalable mobile and backend solutions for a unified member engagement platform.

What you'll do: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Own technical delivery for mobile app and backend integration services. Drive architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and security. Implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, and monitoring. Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to align tech priorities with strategic goals. What we're looking for: 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
