Engineering Manager - Stablecoins & Digital Asset Payments (New Venture)

Our client is building a new digital-asset payments venture from inside one of Asia's fastest‑growing, multi‑market fintech groups and backed by tier‑1 global investors. Think wallets, stablecoins, and on/off‑ramp infrastructure built with the speed of a startup and backing and resources of a multicountry fintech group.

We're now hiring the founding Engineering Manager to lead this build from zero to one.

You’ll be one of the first technical hires on the team – recruiting the founding engineers, setting the architecture, and making the build‑vs‑buy calls on everything from wallet infra to custody integration. This is hands‑on: you’re close enough to the code to make credible technical calls, and senior enough to run vendor conversations and own the roadmap end to end.
