Develop business analysis and requirement documents, with support from the Product Manager, based on a strong understanding of business needs and product features. Conduct research and technical validation of new infrastructure, services, and frameworks to support business and technical requirements. Leverage AI coding tools to drive end-to-end engineering workflows, including design, development, testing, and delivery. Provide timely and effective technical support to sales and customer support teams, resolve production issues, and manage feature requests. Support and mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
