Support programme in promoting clients’ health, safety and well-being through the provision of nursing care, health monitoring and daily living support. Support the team to achieve improvement in clients’ participation, independence and overall well-being through a collaborative and person-centred approach.

• Assist in providing nursing care, medication administration and health monitoring for clients in accordance with nursing standards and organisational policies.
• Assist programme staff in supporting clients with activities of daily living, including feeding, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene, transfers and mobility, and maintaining good standards of care and hygiene.
