• New Product Introduction (NPI) & Production Readiness: develop and industrialize processes for new product launches, including setup of machines, equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and facilities; plan and execute machinery acceptance activities (FAT/SAT) prior to mass production release; ensure line and process readiness through risk assessments, work instructions, inspection standards, and control plans.
