ERP Consultant - HCM

As an ERP Consultant – HCM, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
• Lead functional workshops, CRP sessions, fit-gap analysis, UAT and implementation activities
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goal Management and Workforce Compensation
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user manuals and training materials
• Support data migration, system testing, production support and quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrades
• Develop and support reports using OTBI, BI Publisher and custom reporting tools
