ERP/CRM Consultant

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support a manufacturing organization in Elgin, Illinois through a long-term contract engagement. This position will focus on evaluating current business processes, shaping improved workflows, and guiding system-related decisions across warranty and case management functions. The role works closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to define requirements, document solutions, and help drive successful implementation outcomes.
