Position Overview

Our client is a renowned company in the mobility and technology industry that is currently recruiting a Partner Support Specialist for the Lisbon area.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide excellent on-site support to partners;
Accompany new partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring the correct use of the available tools;
Deliver informative presentations to new and existing partners;
Support the resolution of questions and issues (. payments or platform usage);
Manage individual performance and service quality metrics.
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory);
Experience in customer service, sales, retail or similar roles;
Ease in using technological tools;
