ESTIMATOR - Commercial Roofing

A growing commercial roofing contractor with multi-state operations, is seeking a Lead Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their team in San Marcos, TX. This is an in-office opportunity for a senior estimator who can lead accurate bid development, support preconstruction strategy, and help grow a junior estimating team.

What You'll Do as the Lead Commercial Roofing Estimator:

• Prepare detailed commercial roofing estimates from plans, specs, and bid documents
• Complete takeoffs for TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, coatings, restoration, flat roof, and steep slope systems
• Build clear scopes, pricing assumptions, exclusions, and Schedules of Values
• Identify scope gaps, risks, alternate approaches, and value engineering opportunities
• Support change order pricing and project recovery when needed
