Estimator for Commercial Plumbing Company

The Senior Estimator is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and supporting design-assist and design-build efforts from early budgeting through construction documents. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in estimating and preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $25 million to $100 million in value for plumbing packages.

• Evaluate bid opportunities and assist leadership in determining which projects to pursue
• Prepare detailed and accurate plumbing estimates for large-scale commercial projects
• Develop comprehensive bid packages including labor, material, equipment, subcontractor costs, overhead, and profit
• Lead pricing exercises duringbudgeting, design, and CD phases, particularly for design-assist and design-build projects
