Estimator/QS - Fit Out

We are looking for an experienced Estimator/QS with proven experience in high end residential or hospitality projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out) role based in Dubai. The Estimator/QS will prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Daily tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications, performing quantity take‑offs, and obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. The role will support cost planning, value engineering, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle, including cost tracking, variation evaluation, payment application and final account preparation. The Estimator/QS will collaborate closely with design, project management, procurement, and site teams to align budgets with design intent, manage risks, and support timely, high‑quality delivery.
