Summary

We are hiring Service Technicians responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV scooters while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to service centre processes.

Responsibilities

Diagnose EV scooters and perform required repairs

Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and update WMS (Getafix)

Communicate repair status to customers

Repair and replace scooter components

Maintain clean and safe service bays

Handle invoicing and payment collection

Follow all service centre SOPs and safety guidelines
