About the Role
Are you organized, high-energy, and passionate about the events industry? We are looking for an Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing events division. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales team—managing the administrative flow, handling initial client inquiries, and coordinating logistics to turn potential leads into unforgettable events.
Working directly with the Head of Events, you will help manage a diverse portfolio of Corporate events, MICE, Weddings, and Social celebrations, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial pitch to the final breakdown.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Lead Management: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, email, and social media. Smartly qualify leads based on budget, dates, and guest count.
Proposals & Tracking: Create tailored event proposals, detailed cost sheets, and client agreements. Keep our sales trackers (Excel/Google She...
