Event Sourcing Coordinator (Supply Lead)

The Event Sourcing Coordinator is a supplier‑relations and sourcing specialist who develops, negotiates, and manages global vendor partnerships to support client programs. You’ll run RFPs, structure deals, maintain our vendor CRM/RFP processes, and collaborate closely with Sales and Travel Operations to deliver data‑driven recommendations on destinations, venues, and experiences. This is a dynamic, early‑career role with significant ownership, process building, and global exposure.

Supplier Relations & Negotiation

• Source, vet, and build relationships with hotels, venues, DMCs, and local agencies across global markets.
• Drive RFPs and competitive bidding, negotiate rates, concessions, and terms; coordinate payments and contracts.
• Gather and synthesize supplier responses to client questions; ensure quality control and on‑brand experiences.
