About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety focused Excavator Operator to join our civil construction team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will operate heavy earthmoving machinery to support excavation, trenching, site preparation and general civil works.
Key Responsibilities
• Operating excavators — operate hydraulic excavators for digging, trenching, grading and earthmoving tasks.
• Reading site plans — interpret drawings, levels and job specifications to complete excavation accurately.
• Pre start inspections — conduct daily checks on hydraulics, tracks, attachments and safety systems.
• Trenching and footings — excavate trenches for utilities, drainage, foundations and civil works.
