The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors in the Amazon Demand Side Platform organization.
This role will support at least two leader who oversee a teams of 200+ employees in total. This position will serve as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Advertising organization of 16000+ employees worldwide.
This role requires strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. You will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service-oriented. This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and a creative problem solver.
