We are currently hiring for all culinary positions  — from Chef de Partie (CDP)  up to Executive Chef , specializing in Continental Cuisine . 
  Cuisine:  Continental 
  Positions:  CDP / Jr. Sous Chef / Sous Chef / ACDP / Executive Chef 
  Experience:  Relevant experience in 4- & 5-star hotels or cruise industry preferred OR SHIP EXPERIENCE. 

The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous-Chef is to assist the Executive Chef to maintain an efficient operation of all food production areas by constantly analyzing the quality and cost of food productions.
