THE MISSION?

Like Granny's dishes ‍‍ from our childhood, our cuisine is generous & of the best quality . In this way, you are responsible for setting up the dishes and respecting the values of Mama. ✨ 

You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage. ️ 

You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies.  

You participate in the creation of the menu in collaboration with management and the Group Executive Chef ‍
